Full Time Positions

1. Office Assistant – for our client in Washington in the service industry.  Duties include answering phones, customer service, and data entry including order entry. Good communication and customer service skills required, Attention to detail, self-motivated, and independent worker is a good fit for this client. $10.00 per hour $12.00 per hour with QuickBooks experience. 2. Filing/General Office Clerical– for our client in McMurray in their Legal Department. General clerical duties include returning phone calls to tax payers, data entry, and waiting on tax payers to collect payments or answer questions. You will be required to work with the legal files. The files may be in boxes on the floor, in boxes on top of a shelf or file cabinet, in file drawers, or in storage boxes. You will be required to carry and lift these boxes/files which may be as much as 20 pounds.  This job could be physical at times and involves LIFTING, STOOPING, BENDING, TWISTING. 3. Medical Assistant – for a busy surgeon’s office in McMurray.  Client says they see 40 – 50 patients per day on patient days. Full-time, but client said she can be flexible for someone working around a family schedule. Responsibilities include rooming patients, checking urine samples, checking blood pressures, calling patients after surgery, and other medical office duties. Future duties may include scheduling surgeries, verifying insurance, and calling in scripts.  Monday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (patient day); Tuesday 7:30  AM – 4:00 PM; Wednesday 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (patient day); Thursday 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (patient day); Friday – hours will vary – one time per month 6:30 AM start time. 9.Product Assembler – We have a client in Canonsburg who needs a Scientific Product Assembler.  This could be Full-Time OR Part-Time. The client can be flexible with the days and times.  Their facility is open Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You would be working with small, scientific products in the assembly (clean room) office. This job requires you have to have patience, while paying close attention to detail. Good manual dexterity and being reliable are DEFINITE requirements of the job. You will be seated while assembling and counting and packing test tubes in small boxes. There is NO heavy lifting with this position. You will be wearing gloves and a facemask. The gloves are nitrile (Latex Free).The products for assembly are very thin (the size of a fingernail).  The work is completed in a small confined space.
