1. Inbound Customer Support Representative - Perfect position for someone who enjoys talking on the phone supporting Inbound calls only.  Our client uses a dual monitor to display their client's information on one monitor and uses the other monitor to enter the prospect's information, i.e. name, address, etc. You will assist customers place website orders, register for events and classes, and assist with technical support issues.  Our client works with media-driven client events, responding to calls following radio and TV broadcasts.  Callers may be requesting copies of the broadcasts, making donations, ordering books or other materials.  In many of these support roles, you will enter credit card information into secure sites on behalf of the caller.  1 to 2 years’ experience a Plus. 2. Front Desk Assistant/Clerk Typist  - You must be welcoming when clients arrive, along with answering the phone and taking confidential information from callers. 4. Data Entry – person for our client in McMurray. Primary duties are to open and sort mail and data entry. You must be able to lift trays of mail weighing about 20 pounds. 5. Analyst Expeditor – To place orders to cover requirements for rebuilds, CEP and OE equipment based on review of requirements and forward planning. You will schedule order need dates and monitor the requirements in order to reschedule or cancel orders based on customer requirements and demand. You will also expedite and follow up on parts shortages with vendors or internal suppliers; as well as, interface with other departments on vendor problems, new parts or new product lines to achieve maximum efficiency. This position reviews and monitors part info record files and reports for accuracy and reconciles errors and discrepancies between accounting and Supply Chain records. You will assist buyer(s) as required for RFQ process including pulling drawing packages together and completing RFQ form and input of quote data. And maintain good communications with vendors and internal suppliers. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of post-secondary higher education recommended. Experience with MRP systems and Microsoft Office Tools, Excel test will be given. Recommended experience with an integrated business system and with supporting a manufacturing environment. Part Time Positions

1. Receptionist - Temporary position. 25 - 29 hours a week.  This person will be needed to answer HEAVY incoming calls that get patched to the customer service department daily; cover the front receptionist desk as needed; learn the basic daily tasks for the customer service department; and assist with month end regional office requests. Multi-tasker with good phone skills would be a good fit for this assignment. Schedule as follows: Monday - 8 hour shift 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM with 1/2 hour unpaid lunch OR 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with 1 hour unpaid lunch. Tuesday through Friday - Hours would be 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM.
