3. Customer Service Rep - Provide customer service in person and over the phone. Routes incoming calls to the appropriate staff. Requires extensive phone communication with patients, physicians, and physicians’ office staff. Organizes office logistics including patient/staff scheduling and transcribes medical reports. Requires familiarity with Durable Medical Equipment, medical supplies, and insurance claims submission. Orders in-store and patient supplies. Answers incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner and directs calls to the appropriate office staff. Handles inquiries regarding existing customers and repeat appointments. Greets customers entering the office and addresses their needs and/or concerns. Obtains prescriptions/documentation to related DME/Supplies, Insurance Verification and completes customer intakes accurately. Processes paperwork for medical supplies in an appropriate manner. Schedules in house customer visits/appointments. Assists in maintaining inventory levels in the location. Transcribes oral or written reports and file appropriately. 4. Mystery Shoppers for age group 21 – 25 – We are once again looking for individuals within the 21 to 25 year old age group to do monthly mystery shopping for stores within the Pittsburgh and Uniontown areas. The shops are usually one day per month with an occasional 2nd day.
• The Uniontown area has 11 convenience stores. Compensation plus mileage.
• The Pittsburgh South shop has 30 convenience stores and 6 restaurants. The Pittsburgh shop has two rounds of visits. Compensation plus mileage. Apply
